Following the latest government guidance, our rent, lease, buy and sell divisions are now open. Some of our rental branches remain closed and are being covered by nearby branches. We continue to offer a nationwide delivery and collection service. The safety of our customers and employees is paramount, so we have introduced a number of measures to keep you safe when you interact with us.

Our Manchester, Bristol and Gatwick branches are currently closed, but we continue to operate a nationwide delivery and collection service. Our leasing team remains available online or by phone for all new and existing enquiries.
Yes, our showroom is now open to customers. However, we ask that you please make an appointment prior to visiting us. In order to maintain social distancing we have to limit the number of customers in the showroom, so if you arrive without an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you if we are already at our maximum capacity. Please try to limit your visit to a group of more than 2 people, where possible. If you need to visit with more than 2 people, please mention this to us when booking your appointment so we can make any necessary arrangements for this.
Yes, deliveries are now available for all new and existing orders. If you are renting a vehicle or purchasing a used car from us you may also collect your vehicle from one of our sites, upon request.
We have implemented new procedures for deliveries and collections that place the safety of our customers and employees as the highest priority. Our drivers will wear appropriate PPE in line with government guidance, vehicles will be disinfected before handover and social distancing will be maintained at all times. Where possible, any paperwork required will be signed electronically. Please note that if you are leasing a vehicle from us specific procedures may vary where your vehicle is being delivered by a third party. For more information on your order, please contact us.
You may take delivery of your vehicle if you are self-isolating or vulnerable. Please let us know when arranging the delivery so we can ensure the driver is aware and take any necessary precautions upon handover. If you prefer, you may be able to delay your delivery. Please contact us if this is the case.
Unfortunately, as social distancing cannot be maintained, we are not currently able to offer test drives of our vehicles. Rest assured that all of our vehicles are backed by a comprehensive warranty and in the unlikely event that you should have any issues, our team will be happy to help.
