When your business is about providing the most considered service to a discerning client base, you need a supply chain that shares the same values. And it’s this requirement that led James Allenby to partner with AMT when he established Novo in 2015.
Novo is a provider of specialist insurance, incident management and hire solutions to private clients, insurers, brokers and repair shops. The firm provides a concierge-style service that recognises the bespoke needs of individuals and eschews the ‘one size fits all’ approach typically adopted by the insurance industry.
